During its 20 years of operations, KrA has been privileged to work is association with a small number of key associates, including other consulting companies, laboratories, universities and research groups.

KrA is fortunate to have worked closely with PLS (Palynological Laboratory Services) Ltd throughout the last 20 years, benefitting from the highest quality palynological processing from Malcolm Jones and the PLS team. Collaborations, particularly with wellsite studies, are ongoing with Jonah Chitolie of GTR (GeoTechniques Research) Ltd. GTR have provided high quality palynological preparations and innovative techniques over many years, including a patented 'green' (acid-free) palynological processing method designed for use offshore.

Regional studies have been carried out by KrA, mainly in the Black Sea and Caspian Sea areas, in collaboration with CASP (Cambridge Arctic Shelf Project) and the Paleomagnetic Laboratory ('Fort Hoofddijk') at Utrecht University, The Netherlands.

Collaborations are ongoing with other universities including the University of Liverpool, Brunel University London, Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands and Moscow State University, Russia. Geo-technical and geo-hazard studies have been carried out mainly in collaboration with John Athersuch at StrataData Ltd, who have also provided ongoing support for StrataBugs biostratigraphic software.
